Posting Photos...

Dumb question, what do you need to do to post pictures? ...or what's a good way of getting photos on the net? I've seen imageshack, is that any good? Are there any downsides? I have some cool model photos, I thought people would find interesting.

There are several upload services for hosting images, but I always use Imageshack myself. You just need to make sure that your image is one of the supported formats (including jpeg, jpg, tiff, tif, png, bmp, and gif) and is under 1.5 MB. Once it is uploaded, the service will provide several types of upload links for you to use to post the picture on the forum of your choice (including ones for thumbnails). You can also right click on the photo to get its location, and then post that with image tags around it.:yep:

Instructions to take and post a Screenshot
1. Take screenshot by pressing CTRL+F11.
2. Change the Screenshot to .JPEG and resolution to 640x480.
3. Go to an upload site and host it there.
4. Once it’s hosted copy the link into your SubSim post
