GW question

Can any one tell me if there should be harbour traffic in the GW mod? Mine has nothing at all in the docks but there are patrolling DDs in the bay.

Am I correct in thinking that there is a mod to increase harbour traffic if it's not included in the GW mod? And point me in the right direction please.

Yes, there should be plenty of harbor traffic. When your game loaded did a new Grey Wolves splash screen show as the game loaded? The picture is a Uboat coming out of the water and a wolf behind it howling at the moon. If not, the mod has not loaded correctly or at all. I would say not at all because it probably would not load anything if only half the mod was installed.

Strange thing, the original intro starts but if I click the mouse it goes into the GW intro with the wolf. As far as I can tell everything looks like GW in game , though I'm not certain.

It should show the GW loading screen straight away and you should have docked merchants/subs and warships
As well as a Flottenbeleiter escort to lead you out the port so you miss the mines

You'll still get the purple UBISOFT clip and the original intro movie, but after that......

That's what I thought but I get nothing. Do I have to download the mod again or can I just reinstall it using JSGME?

What did you DL
Was it 1.0 or 1.1

If it was 1.0 unrar all 6 files into 1 folder then add that folder through JSGME
If you call that folder GW - make sure the next folder inside is called data
If you have another folder then data the mod wont install properly

If you have 1.1A then it has a self installer and 4 bin files

If you have 1.1A then just reinstal again over the top of the current install - using the self installer

Only reinstall when in port and your patrol should be ok
Rollback SH3Commander first if you use it before reinstalling
