Well I be a councillor saying something right for a change. :huh:

'Don't use CCTV against recyclers' (http://www.hertsessexnews.co.uk/news/mercury/cheshunt_mercury/2006/12/08/dont%20use%20cctv%20against%20recyclers.lpf)

This week I heard some funny story's, one guy on the radio was saying a council officer was inspecting his environmental waste. The officer was looking into a bag of grass cuttings and found two used tea bags and informed the man they could not take the bag of grass cuttings away, the reason was the grass was contaminated by the used tea bags. :doh:

This is just one of a few crazy story's this week, my advice is withhold a percentage of your council tax on the grounds the council is bang out of order. ;)

Inform your MPs that you cannot comply with the law because the government has been contaminated by/with idiots.

My dad says that thing about the tax all the time. Its the same with electricity bills - why should we pay for electricity when we have to wait 8 or so hours for it to come back on after it gets knocked offline?

IT scare me when someone in government says something that is logical. You know that person is going to be fired in the near future!

Because you use it when it IS on.

Yeah but we still get charged when it isnt. So we still pay for those 8 hours where we dont have electricity
