I have on good authority [the tea leaves] that U-2666 confronted the Loch Ness Monster. Deep they went .. no even deeper than that .. and well, the Loch Ness Monster was seen no more .. Har Harr me Hearty's :rotfl:

Pure BS.

However, I have always like the idea of an old salty crew of germans who refused to surrender, and now live as pirates commanding the rogue ship throughtout the world...being responsible for a large chuck of those missing boats in the last 40 years...

If you like spooky stories, especially ones involving German submarines, you should check this book out.

http://www.robertmccammon.com/novels/the_night_boat.html

I've read a lot of McCammon's work in the past and read this one long before I was ever introduced to SH3.

A really good read!

Cheers!

Looks like a good scary novel! Maybe a movie should be made of it!

I heard it was last seen performing a triangle search pattern in the Bermuda area.

Great imagination though, that just went on and on and on...LOL

Actually if you read the bottom it talks of hit points that relate to roll playing games like Dungeons and Dragons, etc. Probably part of that type gaming.

If they were to make a movie about it, it would be called:

Pirates of the Atlantik - the Curse of U-2666

It would be like a cross between pirates of the caribean and U-571 :rotfl:
