Hi all,
Reading through some posts recently, I noticed some comments about a weather generator for SH3. Is this a mod that can be added to the game (ie. installed like GW), or an external application (like SH3Gen)?
If they are available, are they any good - and what do you recommend is the best one to use?
Thanks all,

There is only one weather modifier: SH3WeatherGenerator. You download it and place the file in your main SHIII folder, and the exe file on your desktop. Then when you load the game, you run it and choose the type of weather you want to start your patrol.
If you use SH3CMDR, it will run it for you when it loads the game.

Yes try the SH3 Commander. it's a MUST in SH. Once you try it you cannot play the game without it. Just like Grey Wolves (with and without the X) :yep:

I have the weather generator and SH3 commander but how does COmmander run the weather generator for you, I never see anything about this on commander options, or does it do it automoatic and does not show anywhere on commander, I still have started all my patrols on crisp, clear, sunny days, I would like to start in rain or fog at times while leaving port.
