ID a vessel using the manual is much prefered to getting close and counting the rivets to see just which of the class she is

Trust your soundman when he says the screw beats are High, manually counting them through the perescope is not only bad for your health,, but will get you quite dizzy too!

If you selected "realistic ship sinking"means it takes time that the ship go down, and it's possible to hide under, it worked in SHII, i hide allot under a half sinked ship, it saves my life and avoiding depthcharges...
