To many crew members

Could somebody point me in the proper direction to adjust my crew size. Whenever I start a game, either solo or career, it always has 3 more sailors than I am allowed. Is there a place in all these wonderful lines if information that I can change that and allow me to sail on solo missions? Thanks much for the help in advance!!

In example here for all type IX, i you want to increse/decrease Officers.... just edit minimun and maximun values...

Thanks much that is the batch of lines I was looking for. I am using GW 1.1, which I just re-installed. Not sure why it keeps putting to many sailors into my boat.
