I did this in Rejavik a few weeks ago.
Basically, if you are in a harbor, and getting hounded by warships, you have very little options; the water is very shallow, and the escape routes are limited. However, in a moment of sheer genius, I accidentally found a way to defeat destroyers in such circumstances:
I was trying to do the whole 'surface under the ship and crack it in half' trick again, and I had something similar happen- Surfacing caused the ship to tip, stern down. The water was so shallow, the stern hit the bottom and the destroyer was sticking STRAIGHT OUT OF THE WATER! It stuck like this, then the collision damage from the bottom did it in and at one point just spontaneously combusted, burst into flame but continued to stick straight out of the water :rotfl:
