Error log?

Does the game create an error log when it crashes? I keep getting a CTD on my 2nd patrol well before I ever get to my patrol zone and I dunno why:cry:

Hi, when you get this, what boat are you using?

Read my earlier post about the GW mod and crashing - it only happens with me when using the type IXB - and I really want to use it for the distance it provides!

Im in a type VII. I tried 5 or 10 times to get to my patrol grid with no luck. I have been playing the game for a while with no problems so this kind of caught me off gaurd. I did get it to work for me finally last night. As someone suggested (one of the mods maybe) I tuened off sound acceleration in directx. Start > Run > Dxdiag > click the sound tab and move the acceleration slider down to none. Im no sure if that fixed my crashing problem but it sure got my game working last night.
