Victory flags

Victory flags came into my mind when I traveled back to base after a succesfull patrol in SHIII. An eyecandy only, but it would be nice if you raise the scope in the friendly harbour, when coming back, and you could see decorations hanging there... :lol:
Maybe we could see this in SHIV...? Devs...? :roll:

I'd like flags, too, and it's been brought up before. That, and the broomstick.
