Anyone Still Playing Fleet Command?

I noticed Fleet Command has a 1.38 patch and a mod from the Naval Warfare site. Is anyone playing it and if so, how has it been improved and how does it play? I haven't played mine in a few years and was modifying my own files at the time but it looks like quite a few improvements have been made since then. I remember there were a lot of problems with the missile salvos from the enemy as well as problems with defense.
