Hmmm.......sounds like an idea to me.

Note to self, make man-made island in International waters and declare own country.

He better start building dikes. with global warming and sea levels rising, I figure he has 50 years at most to "enjoy" his little Antartica before the sea reclaims it. Besides, have you ever spent a summer in the Persian Gulf? All that and sea snakes too.

Science Illustrated ran a whole article on the country. My God, what an economic power they are becoming.
