What a travesty. If I lived in NC I'd be drawing up a recall petition.

Trust me...we are. Most of us here at Duke have known that these charges were BS for several months now.

This incident reminds me of the Kobe Bryant case in Eagle CO. A prosecutor with political aspirations abusing his authority for his own gain. I hope it bites Nifong as it did Mark Hurlbert.

Me too...there's been a real get out the vote campaign around here in an attempt to get Nifong out of office.
