You need to edit the .TGA files for the type of boat you want to skin. Download some from http://ubrsdlc.realsimulation.com/ to whos you what can be done.

You can then add them in the data\Textures\TNormal\tex folder. Any editor that handles .TGA format will do the job. Can't help with the artistic skills etc. Mine aren't good enough.

i edited my sub skin and its very cool even the emblem :>

its not that hard u need photoshop to open the .tga after that u can edit the texture :|
