Prime pages: Prime pages are the main index and section pages that are one-click away (pages the left-side "contents menu" direct a reader to) and the newest review/articles. So, in the case of Subsim, the subsim.com index page is prime and the pages in the left menu are prime:  Forums (460x60 only), Downloads, Teamspeak, Main index, Reviews, Bonus Mods, News, New reviews, Tactics, Game Store, Books, Links.
Non-Prime pages: all other pages
Rates are per page, i.e., one mini-button ad displayed on three non-prime pages: $25 x 3 = $75 a year
