SUBSIM  STAFF BIO

As SUBSIM Review grows, so does the need for active participation by its readers. In order to feature fresh material and interesting topics, the overworked editor and his assistant recruit new additions to the staff. So, we welcome aboard a real submariner with considerable experience, Frank Kulick.  Frank has offered to pitch in with BBS duties, consultation on real sub aspects, and an article or two.
