Error preventing Greywolves install

Ive a fresh clean install of SHIII patched to 1.4b. When I try to install GW I get an error stating that my c...\data\ ... files cannot be read and are corrupted. Ive tryed unistalling and reinstalling and still get the same message. SHIII runs without a hitch.

Im at a loss.
