problem in using a inspector

I'm trying to edit sub properties with sh3 inspector.
However , in general ,Surfaced propulsion and Submerged propulsion section ,
it is something wrong like Max speed 1.873419E+11 !!

And in Submerged Draft, -2.646978E-23 ... because of that, i can't save new
edit file.

please help me.

and im sorry that i speak odd English.

this problem is resolved by using hex editor and text editor to define a location
of the game values.

lol... I've never used the Inspector, but I don't know how many here are good at hex editing. I've never tried it...
