Returning player with an old question

As stated I'm reloading the game after a hiatus. Trying to patch to the newest official patch then give NYGM a try. When the official goes to install I get the good old unknown version error. I forgot the fix and the search function was no help, operator error I'm sure. Thanks in advance. Also, What is the newest NYGM? I'm seeing 2.0 is that correct?

Didn't have the problem myself, but did you install to the default directory ?

Sure someone will show up who knos more about this before too long.

This works for me although probably not recommended, when i get the unknown version error file, the file it states i remove to a folder then carry on with the update then move the file back after the update - seems to work have had no problems.

Also make sure your installing the right patch for your game, UK or US patch.

The NYGM Tonnage mod 2.0 is ultra realism and very, very good. There is an updatehttp://www.filefactory.com/?1ed0b0

I guess the current version is 2.01.

The patch is mislabled as 1.3 when it is really 1.4b. Just install the correct version and you will be ok.

If you are not into uber-realism the GW mod is better for the casual player
