Can't Access the options menu for Upgrading Items and Uboat
Not sure why but I can no longer enter the upgrade options page after Upgrading from an IXB to an IXC.
I went back and reloaded a previous patrol from before then and it's ok But after trading in my IXB and finishing a patrol with an IXC now I can't get back in that menu..I tried to do a search but the new search enging here Sux I'm using a vanilla install 1.4b with the GW mod Updated 1.1 and SH3 Commander Ver. 2.5.086 only Thanks in advance

Are you in your home port?
You can only access upgrades and such when at your home port. Not at any other port.

Well I'm not at the moment cause I reloaded a previous game file but what ya say make sense and I'm not sure if I was in a milk cow or not..
Appreciate your feedback!!! I'll keep an eye out now!! Thanks again!! one other problem that was going on was that the Starboard engine was destroyed at the start of the patrol also, might have been from the same thing. I'll keep a watchful eye Danke!

I have the impression that the "engine destroyed" problem was solved by JScones. Make a search. I saw this post ~10-15 days ago.
