Where can I find help on using the new tools/charts in IUB?

I've scanned through the stickies, but can't see anything on the use of the black and white metres/knots conversion charts, or the three rulers (metres/knots/nomograph?) on the right hand side of the map page.

Am I being thick and their use is self-evident? Could someone please advise me, or point me in the right direction?


(Also, does that nice wooden stopwatch do anything on the map page, or just look nice and authentic?)
