Probably not what you want, but here are Resolution, Revenge, Repulse, Renown, Churchill, Dreadnought and Swiftsure at Rosyth (from a link I googled): Link
The main visible difference with these boats is that they tend to have permenant safety railings fitted on the casing, and sometimes the fin is cut away - this is to help offset the boat's centre of gravity rising when equipment is removed from inside the boat (for spares etc) |

You wont find many K19 pictures shortly after the release of the film it was immediatly sent to the breakers, and now no longer exists.
I do have a picture of K19 on my album ![]() K19 in 2001 ![]() K19 as she was in 1961 ![]() K19 as she was modified in the 70's ![]() Roughly whats left of K19
