HT 1.47 question (modification of txt file)

Hello,

I was wondering if I could slip in the en_help.txt in the Harbour Traffic mod ALL the Friends or Foes in the Attack order menu? And where I can find the description of ALL countries implicated to the war?

Im starting a campaign and I find hard with my lack of historical knowledge to find out if Danemark's is the enemy of Germany .

I don't want to lose my precious renown

I think they are all included but check in
data\Roster\DefSide.cfg
It lists all the countries and dates.

I have HT 1.47 standalone installed.But I can't understand what would the en menu.txt woud do if you put it anywhere .?
all the en menu contains basically is is text commands and ranks.

Jonz,

If i remember correctly, those countries are the countries that in some moment becomes enemy of Germany. The neutral or axis countries are not listed there.
Another info is that the **_help.txt file have a limit in lines to be enter in each page. I don't remember very well if we yet have sufficient lines in the F&F page... :hmm:

Is that mean that Danemark was like Swiss? Never fought war?

I might have been very unlucky because almost all convoy I encountered had a Danmark ship in it.

And R.S.I is not included too, unless you categorise it same to Italy? :hmm:

Well, HT mod are made from the stock game info. Denmark was a RUb addition to SH3 in the first moment. Anyway, I just look at Defside from RUB 1.45:

Country=Denmark
Side=0
StartDate=19380101
EndDate=19400409

[SideEntry 88]
Country=Denmark
Side=2
StartDate=19400410
EndDate=19450503

[SideEntry 89]
Country=Denmark
Side=0
StartDate=19450504
EndDate=19451231

So, Denmark was neutral or a axis country, then Denmark must not appears on F1 help screen under "Enemy of German" section. RSI was a HT 1.47 entry and is also an axis country. And this could be a polemic matter because a lot of countries were in truth only occupied by German forces, but in any moment they became really an axis country...
