Commander mod question.

Does this mod add docked ships in enemy ports? I fancy my chances at a sneaky mission into an enemy port to stop the enemy before they set out to sea.

Unfortunately it does not, i have installed IUB and that does populate the enemy harbors better but it doesnt do it for each and every one. A couple of guys posted in my "Most fruitful harbors" thread where you can find some good ones and when you can find them. You can also see links to lists of capital ships in harbors.
