The best looking ships IMHO are,
Warship: The Hamilton class high endurance USCG cutters, they have great 60's lines ![]() Cruise Liner: The SS United States, possibly the best looking ship of all time ![]() Merchant Ship: The laker Edward L. Ryerson, a work of art that also can carry ore around the Great Lakes

as far as BB's go, the Bismarck or North Carolina class are the best looking for sure. I always thought the Yamato's looked bloated and clumsy, not graceful, especially with that weird curve they have amidships.

I always liked the Iowa Class Battleships. They practically symbolized Naval Warfare of 20th Century.

HMS Victory. There are no better lines than those in the age of sail, and the British made them prettier than anyone.
