In the atmospheric mods, the night sky is black and the water lighter. Beery fixed this in the beery water 1.4 mod, which works great. I have been trying to modify the atmospheric mods to improve the night sky-water problem, but I can't do it. I don't know hoe to work with the scene files. A second problem I have with both mods is that I never get any clouds; only clear skys or heavy storms. I tried adding Ail's sky mod v2 but to no avail. When I add the fog correction to the atmospheri mods, it doesn't help. Any suggestions?

Your problem doesn't come from the scene.dat file, but from your
environment.dat files (EnvColors_Atl.dat, etc...or SkyColors_Atl.dat,etc) you need to use the skyColors.dat files from the 16km mods not from RUB . The files from RUB are on 8km scale not 16km so they are incompatible. |

Thanks. I assume you mean my problem with the clouds not occuring. How about the night sky inversion?

If you the SkyColors.dat files from the 16km mod, the clouds problem
diseappears. As for the sea, i can't be really helpfull, i use a modified version of the stock game environment dat files for personnal use. |
