Where's my quick mission generator??

I finally completed the Naval Academy tests and wanted to make some single missions before embark on a campaign, but there's no quick mission generator like in SH2, is not possible to create a quick mission selecting things like enemy ships, escorts..??

Start an offline Multiplayer session, set the mission type to "Generated". The big problem is, TC doesnÂ´t work, itÂ´s always set to 1x.
