Flags... Albania/Hungary etc

Q: Berry's RUB had additional nationalities added to the roster, but some of the nations ships don't have any flags on them- Albania, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and a couple more.
I've d/loaded the flags and re-sized, tga'd them and put them into the Tnormal folder to no avail, and I'm not sure how to put then into the flag.dat file.

Does anyone know how to add them to the applicable nations ships??

Question: did you make those flags on your own? I was wondering the same thing about this.

Long ago, I simply deleted those countries without a flag and told myself that it was not worth the hassle to fix the problem. But if this could be fixed, I'd be happy to return the countries to my game.

I just did a search on the net (google) for "ww2 latvia flag" or Latvia naval flag and bowsed, saved and in Photoshop resized to the games 128 x 64 and saved as tga.
