After Conversion .tga file edit ?

Hi ALL :P

I have question. It's a After Conversion .tga file edit.

I did Unpacked .dat file and then make a .tga files and I Use to some kind of editer.
I can't see and edit.

But I able to see and edit It's a From the beginning .tga file use to some kind of editer.

What difference of after Conversion .tga file and From the beginning .tga file.

Do you have a recommended free Conversion editer?

You want to convert tga files? Irfanview will do it.

It was displayed "It is file format of non-correspondenceã€€! "at dialogue.
