Where is the orange marker to delete it?

Do you know which is the file that contents the orange marker we can see on the water when our sub is submerged?

I want to delete it because isnt realistic.

Could anyone tell me the path to the file in the SH3 folder?

Pretty sure there's a key-combination that was new to v1.4b that toggled its visability: CTRL-DEL
