Outlook Express fuked

OK Outlook Express won't even start.

I get the splash graphic then a box opening saying it ahs encountered a problem and has to close.

Then asking me to send a text dump

WTF...

Install the latest version of OE or the Servicepack from www.windowsupdate.com and hope that the problem goes away.

It's ok it was a Zone alarm thing and got fixed when I updated.
