weather report fix progress

Well now this is a real pane in the , anyway I have been able to get this to work in part by Linking the watch officer to the code so that he must be on deck however when i ask for a weather report all i get in replay is "" Yes Sir"" and when i dive the boat i get the message "no officer at station " as it should be. The only thing missing is getting him to spit put the blasted report.

has anyone played with this?
