The small arrow over the hostile ships ?! Please help
Point to one like I this small arrow away-get? It is away if I manual aims adjusts nevertheless that wants I not. Knows possibly who a trick or a Mod like I this green/yellow/red arrow away-get? Please help ME

If I understood you right you want to have fully automatic targeting, but not have the arrow??
I guess thats the point with fully automatic targeting in fact! The arrow tells you when you have the best possibilitys for a hit (green). less possibility (yellow) Imposible angle (red)..i guess! Try out to have manual settings but use your weapons officers help. Then this arrow is gone and its more fun. You have to keep angles update yourself. Strongly recommended.
