Shopping for Uboats...could someone help me?

Hi all,

Just a quick question in regards for changing U-boats in SH3, which I'm sure someone here can answer.

I got a Typ VIIC-41 in early 1943; when I reach the year 1944 and am in the appropriate flottilla, will I be able to get the Typ IXD2?

I'm asking this seemingly obvious question because if I am not mistaken, the IXD was just a little older than the VIIC-41, and I think SH3 will not allow you to change to an older boat.

Just asking so I dont get any surprises saying I can't get the boat I've been working for. And I don't quite like surprises, unless they're in the form of a fat, juicey un-guarded troop transport in the middle of the atlantic on a calm day... *starts drooling on self* :P

Yes you will be able to get the IXD2, when it is availible.
