Heheh, I ran a Flower Corvette out of DC's the other night. Sure got him mad, too, as I used the opportunity to take out a huge chunk of the convoy he was protecting after.

Worse, (for him), he kept dropping his charges in places I'd been, but was no longer near! Couldn't figure out why he was so dumb, cause he was pinging me pretty good here and there. (Is it possible that when using the 'realistic sonar' realism option that enemy AI get wrong or poor fixes, just like we do sometimes?)

They certainly do run out, but if they have a fix on you they shadow your moves, especially if there are other warships in the area.
