Was in the middle of a convoy merrily firing off torps when I run into into an USA small tanker (1939 so neutral) at full speed, lots of scraping and minor flooding with me so I chugged off again looked around and the tanker is sinking. Thought oh ok I must have serious hull integrity damage, so no messing around no more I chugged home. I got back to base and my hull integrity was still 100% Just wondering if this is a common occurence because that means who needs torps , right?

:hmm: , am I thinking right? You didn't know what your Hull Integrity was after a collision so you went back to base and found out it was still 100%.
If that's the case, here's a little tip for you: Go to the Crew/Damage Management screen (F-7) or right click on the Crew Icon in the slide out. There you will see your boats layout across the top of the screen. Just above the bow it will show you the Hull Integrity Percentage. It's a lot easier than going back to base to find out everything is fine.

I think with rub, you don't have that option to see hull integrity anymore.

Yeah I am playing with Rub, (so no hull intergrity showing)I still went home with 29k in my bag. So it was still a reasonable patrol
