Default A shocker

I was checking, for the heck of it, how many mods I had downloaded for SH3 since I had it. When I right clicked the folder and read how big it was, I was amazed. There are almost 4GB of mods in there! I must say a BIG word of thanks for all you dedicated mod makers out there. Without the efforts that have gone into this game, the DVD would probably be collecting dust and I would have 4GB of unused space. :P :rotfl:

I have stuff that I have never even looked at....

I used to be like that but would have problems trying to play multiplayer. So I uninstalled everything and installed just 1 mod - RealUboat! your one-stop-shop for everything.

Yeah, Pretty much the same for me. I have 28 lines of mods currently running in the Jonesoft mod enabler. Couldn't keep track of it all without this life saver.

Hats off to all our great modders out there.

Have 4.3GB of SH3 mods downloaded in seven different folders.

Like Egan I have not really had a chance to look at all of them, they just come to fast. So many mods and so little time.

Big Thanks to the Mod Community, so much in just a few months.

What is just as bad, I have 3.5GB of SH2 mods too. But that is several years worth. I have looked and used most of them at one time or another, now I just use about 2 dozen of the best ones.

Good Hunting,
FUBAR

And quite happy this way.

I kind of like fooling around with the unmodded game every now and then - I guess for nostalgia's sake.
Then I come to my senses and cram it with just about every mod in the book

Ha! Yup. I just find the stock game irritating now.

I don't even... find... it :rotfl:

I honestly can't even touch SHIII without my personal config, or at the very least the latest RUb :hmm:

That's nothing - I had 15GB worth of Mods for F1 Challenge. Bloody hell. Don't play it anymore, hence everything is wiped from HD..

But checking the only 2 games I play these days:

SH3 - 3.3GB in mods
Richard Burns Rally - 7GB in mods. Than again, in RBR some car templates are 200mb big.

Games must not take that much space.
