Setkeys install question

I am trying to use the Setkeys mod, but I have no idea where the command file path is. Can someone help me out? This must be a stupid question or it would have been explained in the readme, sorry! Joe S

For the english version:
C:\...\Ubisoft\SilentHunterIII\data\Cfg\Commands_en.cfg

For the german version:
C:\...\Ubisoft\SilentHunterIII\data\Cfg\Commands_de.cfg
