Default Can we modify the random names of sailors?

There're a bunch of "crew_config..." files located in ...\SilentHunterIII\data\Cfg. Inside these files (open them with any text editor), are a bunch of names of crewmen (along with other stuff). I don't know how the game uses this info.

I think Beery's 'SH3 Commander' mod allows you to do this.
