Save Game Q

During my first career I noticed that the game made two saves whilst at sea. I had a CTD, and last night attempte to pick up where or rather close to where I'd left off.

From the front screen there were three saves but all were in port.

So I started out from Kiel again, funny thing was when I saved and exited, my ships sunk were three, on the first patrol I got two, had the CTD, and last night got another one.

Could someone please explain this to me.

Tutorial mission is buggy.
