Is there a mod or a way to get the crew management like it was in in SH 4 I like it better lol

Doubtful, as of right now SH5's "crew management" is really more like officer management; you talk to the key members of your crew being your officers, cooks, bosun, etc and they in turn manage the crew under them. Its a bit more realistic but personally i liked sh3's better, minus the bugs.

I agree, in that respect SH5 is a bit more realistic. What I don't like is that the rest of the crew in SH5 has ceased to exist at all. I consider this a step backward. I find SH4's crew management much better than SH3's, but it still could have been done better. SH5 was a step backwards.
