need help with gramophone please

I had to reinstall SH3 when I got a new hard drive, etc, and when I re-loaded all my gramophone files which I had backed up, the gramophone does not work. I tried loading onlly ogg files and then only mp3 files, still nothing. How do I trouble shoot this problem?

Do all other sound files play normally? The games comes with a gramophone file. Does that file play?
You didn't install in the program files, did you?

Data\Sound\Gramaphone....copy the music (preferably ogg.vorbis) into the Gramaphone folder.

Your gramaphone files have been unzipped before you put them in?

You haven't created a gramaphone folder within the existing gramaphone folder have you?
