mods....mods...mods...what to do?

Holy cow there are a lot of mods out there, but I would like just the largest uber mod out there that has many sub mods in. Can anyone direct me to the link for such a mod.

MODS Folder? I didn't see one. Do I create a mods folder so it would look like; OS(C

---Games---Steamapps---common---silent hunter 5---then mods folder, or do I create a new mods folder inside the data folder?

No ...

Once you install the JSGME and start a MOD folder will automatically be installed

You could try sobers Mega Mod list, which is just a big list of mods that work together in total harmony , but you will either run out of daily downloads or cant find a few of the mods which means you will most likely just leave it with half of them installed.

Relating to that , has anyone got an all together file which has all of those mods from that list? Not only for the OP but also for me , as I am having trouble getting them all due to the reasons above
