Wondering about SOAN

I've got a problem in that the filters don't work - if I use the categories to narrow down possible targets, I'm generally left with a couple of random, wrong ships to choose from.

Is this a known problem? Have I done something stupid?*

SOAN's filters work correctly, I know because I wrote it. The problem is more than likely a mod that added more ships. Either the ships aren't setup correctly and/or their countries aren't defined where SOAN can find them and/or they are missing names in \data\Roster\Names.cfg.

I've stirred the soup a bit and deactivated Mines/Nets in hydro and it's working perfickly.

Ships Of All Nations. It's a ship recognition manual I added to the game via my UIs mod. It's how the game's recognition manual should have been in the first place.

It also has some cool info and pictures (see additional info - a line you can click on) about all the ships and some have actual war stories.
