Not had any alcohol at all, I'm on strong pain killers so I don't give a....

Uffff, back pains. Hopefully it's not long term
I had them in september and luckily they were only muslce fever from handling some heavy stuff so they went away completely. But try to wipe your behind when you cant bend over
