AA-Guns Crew-Accuracy

Hello together!
I´ve already taken the Guns-Accuracy in the Special-Ability-Folder to 100%;but the Crew is firing still to low!Can someone help me please to fix it;so that the Crew hits?

I go for Accuracy through Volume. Upgrade to the quad barrel dual wintergarden as soon as possible.
