Just type "silentotto" in the campaign selection tree.

Then you will see that all the campaigns light up.

Pick the one you want and it will start.
Skip the tutorial and you will end up in the bunker.

VERY IMPORTANT
When you are in the bunker before asking for your mission, save and load.
If you do not save and load you will get CTDs

"Silentotto" bring you the possibility to play later campaigns without completed a previous campaign.

Otherwise you must begin with "TotalGermany" and all other campaigns are closed. Only when you have completed "TotalGermany" Campaign, you can start another campaign.

when you see the screen posted in this thread, the one with all the branching campaigns, type, like a cheatcode, silentotto. All the greyed out campaigns will light up, allowing you to choose them.

Dont forget to read the VERY IMPORTANT part of post #3
