I think this guy lives in the US because the the Russian Federation is very strict when it comes to guns I do believe :http://en.rian.ru/analysis/20050811/41139012.html
I dont know though I have not gone though every video maybe he says. By the way smart idea the military and many police now practice "un-ideal situation" firearms training like having to use your weak hand getting pepper sprayed firing from seated potions you get the idea. He is in the US, he said so in one of his comments. Like you say, the Russian Federation has stricter gun rules.

The auto fire at 2:25 is spliced. Judging by the barrel climb t least three of the those five rounds went into the air but the target view spliced in right after shows 4 hitting right around the target.
