Mod help

I'm new but know how to use JGSME, I would like a list of good graphics mods and sound mods prefferably. I want a Das boat experience. I have the das boat crew mod, but would like the dasboat menu screen in the subpen, interested in the eye candy and ear candy for the game. Mighty fine crew mod I have already but I'm not looking for major game play tweaks. just improvments in graphics and sounds to make this game as much like Das boat as possible. Hoping some of you experienced guys could shoot me links of what to install and in what order for compatibilty purposes.
