German trucker Detlef S incest trial opens

A German trucker has admitted fathering seven children with his stepdaughter in a major sexual abuse case.

Prosecutors accuse the 48-year-old, named as Detlef S, of abusing the stepdaughter along with his daughter and stepson for more than 20 years.

The authorities believe he first abused them when they were four years old, and say he forced both girls to work as prostitutes.

He faces 350 charges, and a verdict is expected by 25 February.

Another sick, demented individual.
Will be interesting how the justice system 'deals' with this, partly because i have believed for a long time now that justice is such an inconsistent and more often than not failing mechanism in dealing with crimes against humanity.
Edit: The lives of the stepdaughter, daughter and stepson will forever be scarred, my deepest and most heartfelt sympathies go out to them.

I don't know exactly what the maximum sentence for this is but I'm sure the German legal system will give him less than 10 years and a pat on the back.

Yes these people doing that kind of abuse is not only sick but manipulative also, I hope the trial goes smoothly,and of course, empathy for the families have been affected

A GERMAN man being tried for sexually assaulting his daughter and two stepchildren faces accusations of abuse from another stepson. The 29-year-old appeared as a witness today on the third day of defendant Detlef S.'s trial.
Detlef S. is charged with 350 counts of sexual abuse - tormenting his daughter, stepdaughter and one stepson for over 20 years.

He faces 35 other sexual counts for forcing the two girls to have sex with other men for money. He faces up to 15 years in prison if convicted.
